I placed the order on March 14th and…
I placed the order on March 14th and today is March 24th and the order has not shipped yet. But, payment was withdraw from my account when I placed the order. UPDATE: Got in touch with customer Service today and found out that 1 item was out of stock that's why the order hadn't shipped yet. The item came in today and the order was shipped by afternoon.

Hard to get the service that I need
I sometimes receive fewer items that I ordered, like this last time receiving 1 instead of 2 Raspberry tea boxes. The new web site makes is very difficult to get an invoice suitable for our accounting system.

Service going downhill
Since moving the payment system to Shopify, delivery has gotten slower and less reliable. Managing subscriptions is more challenging, and there is no communication when part of an order is unavailable.
