I did not place this order. It was fraudulent, and sent to the thief. I contacted my credit card company regarding this and they sent me a new credit card.

Where is my package?
This is the third time in a row that I had to search my building in order to find where the delivery company decided to leave my order, instead of delivering it to my office suite. Most Business deliveries happen during normal business hours when staff is available to accept and inspect the items being delivered. 11 Street Coffee must have changed carriers, because there is an issue with packages being left at various locations in our 18 Floor building. Why can't the carrier deliver to my office suite that is printed on your mailing label?
