Good Customer Relations
We have enjoyed our selections from. 11th aSt Coffee for several years and will continue to do so. I had decided to order thru a subscription but later felt we were getting too many boxes too soon. An email message made it easy to cancel. I am back to ordering as needed.

I like the wide selection of flavored choices
I like the wide selection of k-cups. I also like the recurrent sales/offers. My mom can only drink decaf, but she likes flavored coffee. I found 11th Street, and was able to make mom happy!!

I've sent you 3 emails
I've sent you 3 emails, with no response, telling you my last order of McCafe Irish Mocha K- cups was bad..75%of the k cups dumped coffee grounds into my coffee.. Others don't and we use our Keuring daily. I asked for a response or a replacement and heard nothing back! I buy from you to support small business but now I'll get it on Amazon..You have great deals but not good customer service after 3 emails
