I have bought a lot of cars probably too many. Buying this Kia from John Grose and dealing with Alex was the easiest, most polite and informative experience for many a year. This was in stark contrast to the arrogance found from last purchases from Audi and Mercedes some of the worst customer service i have experienced . Well done John Grose and Alex keep up these levels of service and you cant go wrong
