a super unfriendly, bad accessibility design, i spent nearly three hours try to find a session, manage account to confirm the id and yet, still unable to find it. the customer service advise me to find at different option, still no luck. Lloyd bank, you need to find a better app designer to help those customers potentially leaving your bank as this app is so unfriendly to use. Hence, if you have the time in the world you are welcome to challenge using this app and give out advice to help people like me.
