Useless and inefficient company

AVOID AVOID. Let me down 5 times This company (Dawes Doors) are useless and deceitful. They advertise locally using your local area dialling code but in actual fact your call to them actually goes to a non-geographic phone number, 03301003196. They are owned by Tog Services of London. They also send you texts in the name of "Garage Door Guys" so you don't really know who your dealing with. They advertise that "Garage doors repaired - same day availability in you area", what a load of rubbish. I contacted them and they promised to come that day, didn't arrive but texted under the name of Garage Door Guys, that they would attend the next day, again they let me down. This went on for 5 consecutive days. Reading other reviews the company always reply either "Your comments will be shared with the team" "Please accept our sincere apologies". They try to worm their way out of all the mistakes they have made. Take my advice, they are complete time wasters, go elsewhere and get far better service. My advice, go to a local repairer and avoid this scam company at all costs.
