I wish I can give negative stars

I wish I can give negative stars, it gets worse every year and finally decided not to buy from them again. Product left outside my door at a business location at a public street, I specific ask them not to do it, and someone stolen the product. I went on the auto chat twice but nothing happened, when call the customer service the automated machine keeps going into loop, even when I answer all the questions.
