Unbelievable shocking lack of customer…
Unbelievable shocking lack of customer service. Every month, without fail, at the same time, billing refresh, the SIM card fails. There then ensues a circus with the customer support who want me to reset my device, turn my network on/off, etc. rather than actually escalate the issue. Even after repeatedly requesting a network level support escalation, they actively ignore requests to raise. There is obviously a network profile provisioning issue as an mvno with a stale data token hangover, which needs a network level investigation and fix, but this incompetent company does not understand , and refuses to do a damn thing. Utter rubbish
