Great service at Playa Del Ingles office

Booked through the top car website a couple of days before the hire. Car was ready on time and had an easy pick up process. Got an almost brand new, very clean low mileage car for great price. Friendly and helpful staff. I wanted to extend the lease for an extra day and was able to arrange it quickly and cheaply. Would highly recommend Top Car in Playa Del Ingles and will definitely use again

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. I have had water leaking into my property for over a year now, and had nothing but broken promises from them. On the rare occasion they do actually call call me back or reply to an email, I just get fobbed off with some other excuse about why works are delayed. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a factor.
