Can I speak with your customer service manager please ?

Nothing went wrong with this rental. All was fine. However I have an ongoing dispute with your company and your customer services department are not responding. It will result in me taking 20+ more rentals this year alone to another rental company and initiating a credit card claim back and legal action. How can I resolve this ?

A quick and efficient service.

A quick and efficient service. My only criticism is that on occasion details such as the charge for leaving a car at a destination other than the collection point are overlooked.
