I asked LLoyds to send me a new chequebook. It's slightly old-fashioned, I know, but it suits my purposes. A quick Google search revealed I only had to send a text message and they'd do the rest. No need to negotiate with a speech recognition robot All fine until the new cheque book turned up with my wrong name on it. I changed my name with them over 5 years ago.... So they're keeping inaccurate and the the cheque book is unusable.
