Issue resolved quickly

I always buy my bedding , curtains and throws from OHS and the quality and value for money is always fantastic. I refuse to buy throws from anywhere else !! Recently had an issue with tracking - but after a simple email sent in the morning and a reply by early afternoon , the problem was quickly and politely resolved. Emails with Oyama quickly put my mind at ease . She was incredibly professional whilst maintaining a polite personal touch in the email and I can absolutely guarantee my next order will be placed in a few days . It’s so incredibly hard to find good customer service nowadays unfortunately but Oyama and OHS have restored my faith . Thank you so much Oyama

It’s honestly not as bad as you think it will be!!

Wow . Ok so anyone who has been dreading answering the call from them or making the call to them ….. DO IT !! I spoke to a wonderful human being called Charlotte who not only treated me with kindness and compassion but also enabled me to feel back in control of my own life . She was so incredibly reassuring and if every company had a Charlotte life would be so much easier . She explained everything clearly and we were able to agree an amount I could afford . I was shaking before I made that call and now I’m actually smiling . I wasn’t opening mail , I wasn’t answering calls . I felt so lost and scared . And one simple call has got me feeling like I can take back control of my debts . Charlotte you are an asset to the company and I am so grateful I spoke to you today . No more sticking my head in the sand - my debts won’t vanish . But making them manageable makes life bearable again .
