I ordered some medicated patches on Saturday 24th May 2025, a Bank Holiday Weekend. I had a query which was resolved quickly by e-mail and the patches were delivered this morning, Thursday 29th May by Royal Mail. I accept that some of the complaints on this site might well have been justified but think it fair to say that my experience was excellent
