Car ISSUES BIG TIME
Car ISSUES BIG TIME I purchased a car Dec 24 from CAR GIANT there were knocking noise from the engine the sales rep promised to look at the issue I collected the car in good faith the faults were identfied on the 19/12/24 Car Giant was informed they were playing tactics so I pass the 30 Days period "Consumer Rights " They need to read this issues were identfied by an proffessional independent garage report this was passed to Car Giant I was advised to deliver the car on the 15 Jan 25 they defend there was nothing wrong with the car they kept my car for six days may I ask if there was nothing wrong they should return it the same day I want to ask them why threy kept the car for six days !!!!!! They were implying all sorts of tactics if I did not collect they would impose there own unfair conditions charge me storage £25 per day nothing was confirmed then they threathen to leave the car on double YELLOW lines (So I can get tickets) . I did ask if the car could be taken to VAUXHALL this was refused and now they are telling me I can take it for second opnion and today they have forcefully dropped the car to my home and dropped keys to inform them they dropped the car in an restriction zone . I WOULD BE VERY CARE FULL TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM ESPECIALLY THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS. Also to add on I saw many people who came to dropped the faulty car's so something is not right but I will not give up SEE YOU IN COURT CAR GIANT (Car has been delivered damaged photos sent)- I can verify the above infomation and the above are true events and implied best to my knowldge that have truly occured . With Car Giants response it would be intresting to see how they will resolve matters I had a very hard time also how come they are getting reviews of 4.7 its incorrect and mislead geniune innocent customer there are a lot of issues with CAR GIANT be very care full if you decide to buy your car you are better of going to main dealer and not getting messed around as I have been with Car Giant !!
