Recommended by a family member, path for years, easy to use website, fantastic offers on phones, sim deals too, been android for years, ordered my first iPhone, and I’m not disappointed! I wish I knew about idmobile before! My plan is exactly what I need, signal coverage is fantastic, prices are extremely competitive, I was shocked how affordable they are, so if you are looking to upgrade, look no further than idmobile, you won’t be disappointed! One thing’s for sure, I’ll be upgrading! And you should too!

Inept, no help, crap service

UPDATE SUNDAY 18TH AUGUST 2024, AS YOU CAN SEE, I'VE HAD THE BOG STANDARD RESPONSE FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY, YESTERDAY I TRIED AND TRIED TO GET THROUGH TO CHAT TO A REAL PERSON, BUT THE CHAT BOT IS SET UP SO YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH TO ANY HUMAN, SO THAT'S IT, VOXI.. TALK TO US ON THE CHAT, NOPE, THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE. 000000000 STARS VOXI, TRY RESPONDING WITH MORE SUITABLE ADVICE. If only I could give ZERO STARS! TRY CALLING THIS LOT, MORE CHANCE OF BEING ABDUCTED BY ALIENS, TOPPED UP MY PHONE, CAN'T GET IT ACTIVATED, CAN'T LOG IN TO MY VOXI ACCOUNT, SLK CODES SENT DON'T WORK, CALLED VODAFONE, NO HELP, THE NUMBER THEY GAVE ME FOR VOXI DOESN'T WORK. SO NO CREDIT, A USELESS PIN NUMBER I CAN'T USE, AND NO CONTACT WITH VOXI, WHAT A FABULOUS SHAMBLES! USELESS SERVICE ALL ROUND!!!!! AVOID!!!
