After being a customer four years they’ve changed password manager to secure pass without telling customers leaving me three days with no access. I call the customer care centre and after 20 mins with a woman with a dreadful accent and no patience she cuts me off stranded after making the experience a nightmare where she shuffled through her help pages.,I won’t be renewing I advise people to go elsewhere
