Don't make promises you cant or don't intend to keep!!
We had taken two crystal glasses to use in our room for our valentines weekend away in 2024. we have done this for many years without a problem. However, this time at Nidd Hall the glasses were removed from our room by the cleaners and couldn't be found! after two or three meetings with the duty manager who said they had searched for them they were unable to find them but asked for a description and they would source a replacement!. My wife has emailed the manager three times !! first response was we are still looking into it. the second and third emails were ignored. We travel with a group and have a regular circuit of Warner Hotels we visit. Nidd Hall is no longer on our list and alternatives are being looked at for the valentines weekend. Lot of money for you to lose!!
