I did the trial version and got a notification that I would not have to pay until February (late feb) an extension of 1 month in light of the wildfires. Then i get. Another notification that payment is due sooner than the extra month so I contact via chat and phone to discuss this discrepancy. I was unable to get a hold of anyone despite calling during business hours on different occasions.

I appreciated how informative each answer was. Thankful to have found People Clerk because it eased a lot of my concerns and helped me in a huge way. I was stressed out so much but the answers, the politeness, the genuine patience cannot be understated. Really made a difference and helped me to understand the process of the small claim. Other resources (like clerks on the phone on the line provided by the courthouse), lawyers from Legal Shield, lawyers in other websites and venues were rude and unhelpful so I definitely noticed the difference. The lawyer review from People Clerk was incredibly helpful too. Everyone I spoke with helped and never made me feel rushed the way some people from other companies did, or employees that seemed angry. I am extremely grateful and do not think I would have managed to organize my claim or evidence as well as I did with all of People Clerk’s assistance and thoughtful responses.
