Very disappointed. Heard absolutely nothing. Don’t even know if the company actually received the letter. For the money paid, I Should have a tracking number or evidence it was mailed & received. Going completely on trust because I was desperate to find a result. How do I even know you did what I paid for? Got my hopes up for nothing.
