Sean's professionalism, good humour, and genuine care were evident as he actively listened and addressed my concerns. PLS Solicitor's online portal is an excellent feature, keeping me updated on paperwork from both my solicitors and the buyer's side. The staff are incredibly friendly and always take the time to explain processes and procedures. No call from me was ever too much; in fact, they welcomed interaction.
