Terrible customer service!!! I had an accident back in 2017. The case got handed over to DLG in 2020, I left them a few months (due to COVID) but after that I was constantly chasing up the case and pushing them to do their job. They never updated me with anything that happened and I had to ring every few months to find information. In August 2021 I rang and they had put the case on hold without telling me. I complained and said they never updated me and they said they would send me a list of everything that has happened over the time of the case, I never received this. In February 2022 I received a letter telling me the case had closed with no explanation as to why. My case handler changed at least 3 times throughout the time so noone really knew what was happening with my case, whenever I asked questions they could never explain why things were happening and what it meant for me.
