I regret signing up with Rebel Energy
I regret signing up with Rebel Energy. I had hoped to secure an apartment and use them as my energy provider, but unfortunately, I didn’t obtain the apartment. I have contacted them numerous times to inform them of this, and they promised to refund me. However, one month later, I have yet to receive my refund. Despite customer service informing me that my account has been closed, I was surprised to receive an email this morning stating that I will be charged for a second month. Do not join them; they will frustrate you, and it is difficult to reach their customer support.
