Bought a phone 2 weeks ago. The phone fell about 3 inches onto another phone on the sofa. The screen chipped in two places and fractures appeard then spread across the phone over the next few hours. The phone screen is either faulty or not fit for purpose. Under the UK consumer rights act, as a consumer I have the "right to a good, fit for purpose, and durable product". This product is either faulty or poor, neither durable or fit for purpose. You've been unwilling to help by replacing the phone screen or phone. In addition, the packaging had clearly been tampered with. The invoice receipt had been ripped. By the looks of it the postal bag must have been ripped and re-tapped. The phones box looked fine. But still, this was weird.
