Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️
I think it’s so fun because you have pet workshops and your animals are so cute I ❤️ animals especially hamsters and other rodents
Because everything is so well set out at the Wigan store and the staff are really helpful and pleasant when they see you

Wanted to buy a betta fish and was refused by the staff, purely by ego. Staff being very narcissistic, rude and unkinde! Very unprofessional staff woring there

My order was supposed to arrive in store by Saturday. It was ordered on Thursday morning. It didn’t arrive until late afternoon on Monday!! When we opened the box, everything was squashed & literally had been thrown in there. We had ordered Lily’s Kitchen tray food, 3 packs of 10. Only one was a pack of 10, the rest were thrown in & all bulged & squashed. I’ll never order from Pets at Home again. Very very disappointed.

The customer service if you have a faulty item is appalling. If there were a zero stars option, I would have chosen it. I purchased 2 microchip cat feeders for 2 cats with differing dietary requirements due to health conditions. Product is marketed on website at Pets at Home for such cases. Yet when one of the products developed a fault, the customer service at Pets at home was worthless. Having chased to follow up on my support request after 2 days, 5 days on from original contact, I have now been directed to the manufacturer. Why not do this at the start! I won't shop with them again
