I wish I could say I was looking…
I wish I could say I was looking forward to this trip, but so far the experience with My Cruise - China and Japan vacation has been nothing but frustrating. Communication has been poor from the start. I haven’t even left yet, and I was told the itinerary would arrive only one week before departure. That’s incredibly stressful and doesn’t inspire confidence in their planning or professionalism. Staff responses have been abrupt and unhelpful, leaving me with more questions than answers. For a company in the business of travel and customer service, I expected better organization, clearer timelines, and at the very least, courteous interaction. At this rate, I’m just hoping the actual trip goes smoother than the lead-up. This is my first time joining an organized tour group, and honestly, it’ll probably be my last. If you’re the kind of traveller who’s happy to just pay for a holiday and show up without much planning, then maybe this company is for you. But for anyone who likes clarity, structure, or even basic communication before a trip — look elsewhere. Please advise how I contact - as I don’t want to put my details on the review Thanks
