Bought 5 air-conditionioners/heaters and put them up in my hous in order to manage tempature inside and guess what? Non of them work for shit, eigter doesnt heat ir cool or heat or cools way WAY beyong the tempeture its meant to go, i regret my purchase of this trash with all my heart butpanasonic wont let me refund their broken/shit product.
