Excellent customer service
After struggling to get an answer on the automated help service regarding the interest rate on my ISA. I popped into the North Shields branch where there was a queue for the tills. I stood by the advice sign and within a minute I was greeted by Claire who was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Everything was completed within 10 minutes. Very happy, thank you Claire. Just shows that branches are sometimes a vital part of life.
