The gentleman on the booking desk is so miserable and hates his job should leave or just sack him. I booked a BMW X3 and got a tiny Mercedes, which is ok to go shopping around town, NOT for a road trip, the seats are so uncomfortable hard and non breathable, this is the first time that I have been down graded SO I will not be using National car rental again such bad service.

Watched Derek on cruise 1st TV and was very pleased to see a bargain QM2 to New York and 5 days stay in a hotel and flight back to the UK £1249. So went to the website and yes the deal was there so booked online and we were very excited only to receive a phone call 30 mins later to say the price had gone by £470,you should have kept the price I paid as advertised so cancelled and booked with Iglu cruise.
