Products arrived on time and as described but their returns procedure is incomprehensible. I bought 4 boxes of Doublebase "Dayleve" Gel which closely resembled Doublebase Gel. It was unfortunately a much greasier version but have had no luck trying to return the 3 unopened boxes. ie no reply to my queries on their on line form

Great Indian Rail Journey. Solo Tour. Lived up to expectations - even saw a tiger close up and long enough to study. Excellent Tour Manager, Kami, who was thoughtful and sensitive to the needs of the group. Professional organisation of complicated travel arrangements - on and off trains, coaches and cars and into different top quality hotels - baggage always arrived where it was supposed to. Kami was extremely knowledgeable, innovative, and flexible with great sense of humour which made a hectic schedule enjoyable and run smoothly. I always felt safe and cared for while experiencing an environment and culture so different to my own . Drivers to and from the airport were also excellent.
