Amazon? No thanks
I have been using Amazon for some time. In that time I have purchased many items and always happy with their support on questionable or faulty items. I recently purchased from them a sunbeam can opener which when it arrived did not work. I advised Amazon and thus was their respons - qouted off email received and still in my possession - "We have closed this account because you have consistently returned a large number of orders in used, damaged, or not in their original condition over the past 12 months. We had previously contacted you about this situation and have seen this trend continue on your account. While we expect the occasional problem with an order, we cannot continue to accept returns in used, damaged, or not in their original condition at this rate, etc etc. I asked them to provide details of the itemw I had returned as I have never returned any items to them and would not do as they have quited in this offensive and disgraceful email. No details have ever been supplied and I am furious. No justice with Amazon. I am more than happy to not deal with such a grubby company whi would treat an elderley half bling disabled customer such as thus. with no proof provided and I KNOW I have never treated any one un business they have portrayed me with no proof.
