Port-in fail
Bought a plan. Request port in. All fail. The new card can not be used. My number was gone. Trying to contact human agent through Lyca website but no one response. *** Thanks to the Lyca team’s assistance regarding Trustpilot, everything has now been resolved. However, I’m curious why Lyca hasn’t been able to fix the issue with its website live chat, which would make resolving problems much easier.
