For 3 weeks in a row Wssex Water have coned off a dangerous manhole cover, for 3 weeks in a row the cones have been removed with bugger all repairs taken place, for 3 weeks they have wasted cutomer money using manpower for no actual outcome, but in a couple of months will rinse customers for a huge increase in bills just to make their owners much richer.
