No data received 7 weeks after changing…

Changed to Tomato Energy on 25th December and despite several calls to customer service about no data in My Watts was told it ‘takes time.’ After 6 weeks had an email from ‘welcome team’ saying unsurprisingly there is an issue and it has been referred to technical team. No idea how long it will take to resolve and have been charging electric car with no readings getting back to Tomato Energy. Wish I’d stuck with Octopus Energy.
