DISGRACEFUL COMPANY !!!
DISGRACEFUL COMPANY WITH POOR DISGRACEFUL WORK ETHICS!! NO SELF RESPECT!! NO RULES!! NO REGULATIONS!! Dealt with Jonathan Adams at TheCarBuyingGroup.. After receiving unlimted calls and emails about my car i wanted to sell... So i wanted to go ahead.. Around 15-20 minutes on the phone with this man who claimed to be very experienced... He took all the detail about the car and the seller (Me).. The asked to upload the photos for the "GUARANTEED QUOTE" .. Right fair enough.. I did what was asked.. Then after 20 muiunutes he rang me back and offered me £2k.. Fair enough okay DEAL! RIGHT .. Then confirmation email received perfect! All done now waiting to get the collection booked… But hang on…!!! HE RANG ME AFTER 4 HOURS TO TELL ME THAT HE MADE THE WRONG OFFER!! AS THE VALUATION TEAM HAS LOOKED AT THE PHOTOS “NOW” AS THEY WERE “BUSY” AND THE OFFER I MADE WAS WRONG!! Even though I have 20 years experience but still I am so incompetent!! RIGHT OK!! Thanks for making yourself look like a joke!! So he offered me way lowered price with all those excuses … fair enough wI still accepted the new offer as I wanted to sell the car!! Then he arranged the delivery … and no one turned up that day and they had to reschedule the collection after wasting my time and waiting for the driver all day !! So finally the driver came .. took the photos of the car sent back to the company .. they rang me and AGAIN LOWERED DOWN the price for the their time!!!! Right so the GUARANTEED PRICE was never guaranteed !!! So the price they offered was very low and I asked them if that’s okay to think about and let them know later as I was told the offer was valid for a few weeks if not months … So after a week I emailed Jonathan Adams … (the experienced guy who made the wrong offer) that I have decided to accept the offer and if they can get the car collected… so this man straight away said “The company doesn’t want the car anymore” what??!! Excuse me ? You didn’t even speak to anyone regarding that and specially when the offer was still valid!!!! And then he suddenly changed his statement and said that they will still buy the car but if I take the lower price then it was last offered !!! What rubbish!! They have no WORK ETHICS!! SELF RESPECT!! And any rules and regulations !!!! They want the car but they will take advantage!!! Once you get back to them and tell them You accept the offer made they will Change their offer thinking you are desperate and they can take advantage ! !!! Never seen any company does like that!! What a disgrace of a company or I don’t know if the company even knew what this guy was doing !!! Giving company such a bad name and damaging the Reputation !! POORLY ORGANISED COMPANY RUN BY JOKERS!! THEY LIE LIE AND just LIE Or maybe it was this guy called Jonathan ? Who tried to take advantage by refusing the oblidge the offer company made on the phone while the driver was there inspecting my car!!!! FINALLY emailed him and told the exact same thing about lying and changing the price constantly and guess what he never got back and replied back!!!! P.S .. all email communication is available as an evidence to support my feedback!!! so end of the day sold the car to the different company at much better price absolutely smooth transaction !! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR USER CAR WHAT SO EVER!!!
