As a follow up to my previous review I can now say that Hulala have now rectified their mistake and my order has now been received. All this was done with the help of Joan A who keep me up to date with what was happening. I would like to add that if Hulala do make a mistake they try try to sort it out immediately in a very courteous manner, which is why I have now given them 5 stars for service.

I travel to Tenerife quite regularly as I have a home there. This is the first time I have used Top Car and I found the whole thing very enjoyable. The rental was handled very efficiently and quickly and the return was equally efficient. Some companies when you return a car look over it with a magnifying glass but Top Car as they then take your money any way they can but do not repair the car. Top Car did not go to those extremes. The deposit was in my bank the same day as I returned my car. I will certainly be using them again
