Paying for silver account, no access to benefits...
I moved back to Lloyds after years with Natwest as their Silver Account offered insurance, roadside cover and streaming too. I have been with them now over a month and have no access to benefits, I've been refunded £30 for the trouble, but still have no confirmation or update on when the benefits will be accessible. Broke down on Sunday and was unable to use roadside assistance as of course, I don't have any info on it sent by Lloyds. Getting ridiculous now. Went to complaints team, and just got a letter saying "opps sorry, heres 30 quid!" well thats great, but what is going to happen about me paying for an account with things I can't use and now information on when you plan to give me access to them?
