Black Friday offer

I have been with most networks over the years, I saw this offer on Black Friday last year & just thought I’d be daft not to. Well to say I’m impressed is an understatement, the signal is the best I’ve ever had in our location. So much so that my husband is moving over once his contract finished. My grandchildren have been on Voxi for a few years & have never had problem.

Frustrated

I was trying this network as we get a really good EE signal near us, but I made the mistake of changing handsets then the MyTHM app needed a verification code by email. No matter how many times I requested the code it never arrived!! I’ve spoken to customer service who did give me a code but it didn’t work. It’s so frustrating as the signal & price are really good, but not if you can’t access the app.
