AVOID at all costs

AVOID at all costs. They lied about dates and times of booked viewings, while I waited all day for viewings to happen, they never did and they didn't explain why the sudden cancellation. They bullied me into reducing my house price for a quick sale so they could get paid quicker. they didn't send all the necessary updates or info from the other party and I as their paid client ended up being threatened and taken to court and having to pay a hefty fine for their careless handling. oh and they harassed me (instead of contacting my solicitors) constantly towards the end to complete ASAP. Despicable service I have endured with them. At Woking branch.

AVOID at all costs

AVOID at all costs. they never answer their phone, and if they do, they ask you to call back as they are in a 'meeting'. it took them absolute ages to complete a single transaction that should've been completed within 12 weeks as they promised but dragged on for 6 months. they don't send all the necessary updates and documents to the other party's solicitors and you as their client end up being threatened and taken to court and having to pay a hefty fine for their mistakes. oh and they send you completion statement after FOUR weeks of completion. despicable.
