Very unhappy with Lyca my new bank…
Very unhappy with Lyca my new bank messed up my payment so i lost my deal no idea how this happened
I moved banks in August but no payment was made in Sept why i dont know!
I have to leave these people they are a complete nightmare
Get cut off while speaking after waiting ages to get a human
Today a week after i got my new sim i cant make a call at all after paying£1.95 for a month and accepting a new number that i do not want
Please Bhuvana you are the best helper get me a refund and end my account with you today after several calls cant get help moving now.
I am applying to a decent company now
Its says i have no money so where has it gone
Also i need a puk code for the number to be moved please
Anyway i went to msn and took out a new Lyca contract only to find afterwards they say i cannot keep my number
This to me is most important
Why cant i keep it, moving from Lyca to Lyca
Now i need to cancel and get a new provider and sim.
But cannot find out how to cancel with them
Can you move this review to Lyca mobile UK please
It has got worse i cannot do as Bhuvana said spoken to 3 agents today none of then were able to help me
I now want a refund and will go to a decent mobile company where the staff know the job
Very frustrated!
Now spoken to 5 customer service people last one was trying to help but we got cut off
He was going to cancel for me
Hanging on to speak to someone now as the person i spoke to could not answer my question
Very very very annoyed with lycamobile
Why cant i make a call after buying a monthly package its only a week old why ?????
Still hanging on cant take this any longer.
Ordering new sim with proper company now.
