Item suddenly wasn’t available after travelling to the Toolstation store.

Placed an order which stated one in stock at the store we intended to use, received a confirmation email to say the order had been placed, received an email to say it had been picked and was ready to pick up. Also received a text message to say it had been picked and was ready for collection. We made a special trip to the store to pick up the item to be told it was not in stock and was coming from another branch so would be next day. We needed the item on the day the order had been placed … we ended up going to a competitor to pick up the same item .. considerably cheaper as well which has made me think twice before we order again.

No complaints from us 10/10 every time

I feel a little awkward writing this as I’ve never had anything but a positive experience with Lloyd’s bank. I’ve been a customer since 1986, had a personal account, joint account, Business Account and a commercial Business Account as well as three savings accounts and an ISA. They’ve look after my security when there’s been an unauthorised transaction, offered overdrafts when needed and a Gold credit card. They’ve listened when I complained about the banking App and changed it. Everything is easy to do online or via the App and when I’ve needed to speak to an adviser or manager they’ve called me back at my convenience.
