A slightly different review. I ordered a lot of clothes to try on and returned a lot of them using the Box2 free returns service. Unfortunately the box appears to be lost on return to Box2. They have been amazing in refunding me the money. Advice to customers, is to always keep your receipt and proof of posting, which means Box2 will reimburse you.

I have had a Bibo since they first came to market. I love it. Had the need for an engineer to come out and repair recently. Tasha arrived. She was brilliant. She did a first class job and her knowledge about the product was outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending a Bibo for hot and cold water - and as a Company the level of customer service is excellent. Rare these days!

It hasn't arrived yet! Updated Review: Product did arrive as stated by TestnGo. However, TestnGo should factor mail stikes etc into their automted follow up emails, which would mean I would not have had to give a negative review in the first place!
