Used the walsgrave triangle store. Put my £1 in the trolley and I was then unable to get it out because trolley mechanism had broken off. So lost the £1 and the store’s response was sorry. I can afford to lose £1 but that’s not the point. Broken trolleys shouldn’t be in use and the consumer shouldn’t have to pay the price.

In Uk. Order not sent out and no way of checking when it will be sent. Emailed twice and no response. No phone number to contact customer services. If I had realised there was no way of contacting by phone, I would never had ordered from them, very poor customer service practice.
