if i could rate it as 0 stars i would. my nephew who is a big fan bought their $120 jacket and in less then a week of just one trip to the washing machine once, its torn in the back from one side to the other like a Cheap paper towel-ripoff, after my sister sent in an email asking for another one with screen shots they simply replied they cannot do anything about their faulty product that they sent stating it is not their fault. Very bad. They do not ever answer and i need to return an item whether the US or Canada store.
Don't ever buy from here pretty sure it's a scam waited 5 weeks for my t shirt still nothing, than I see culture kings has the same one for 80$ wish I just bought from there out of pocket a lot of money that I can't afford and no christmas gift , I hope you stub your toe!

After six emails over a span of 4 weeks, we have yet to have a reply or be acknowledged. Incorrect merch was sent. Incredibly disappointed. No number for direct contact. Be aware you make it any merch they decide to send you
Horrible experience and customer service. Such a shame that this artist's merch site cannot be trusted. Ordered the Hard & Soft Tour belt as a birthday gift. Shipping eta says 2-6 days. It took over 3 weeks for the item to ship. Once it arrived it was the WRONG item. I received a hat, not a belt. When I contacted customer service via email I did receive a reply. However, the reply said "This will be a very expensive and long process for both you and us. Will you accept a 15% refund?" ...WHAT?!?! They shipped the wrong product and are passive aggressive in discouraging an exchange. Not offering to send the correct product and also not offering to return or refund. Why would anyone want to keep the wrong product and only take a 15% return for the vendors mistake??? What kind of sketchy business is this??
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve dealt with! They sent me the wrong Vinyl and told me I can return it but they won’t refund me or give me the correct product. Did not care at all for their mess up. Billie clearly doesn’t care enough to realize that wrong vinyls are being sent out. Do not ever order from here because they don’t give a shi about you.
Ordered HIT ME HARD AND SOFT splatter paint cd. Was expecting the cd sleeve to be painted, but only a small postcard inside was painted. Plus it has remnants of a sticker on the post card that I can't just peel off.. RIPPED OFF, never order from her store, she does not gaf about her fans.
The product is absolutely not worth the price. Heartbeat Black Hoodie made of poor material with a $5 picture stuck on it. In Bangladesh it was produced for $5, in the US it was sold for $140. It's sad that such a famous singer Billie Eilish brands herself with such trash for such money. But this is how fortunes are made ! Delivery to Europe took 2 months !
Ordered two pairs of shoes that dropped December 7th. Didn’t receive them until around January 2nd. Ordered 8.5 for both and got 9.5 and a 10. Have been going back and forth for over a month to get them exchanged and they can’t even give me the size I originally ordered. Now during this process they are taking forever to respond, asking questions they already have the answer to like what my email is and now telling me a different order I had is the tracking for only one pair of my shoes. It is ridiculous!
DO NOT waste your money ordering from this website. I ordered a hoodie and photobook from here on 12/18. Because it was so close to Christmas I paid extra for a UPS 2 day air delivery. Well it did not get here until 1/16! I was going back and forth with customer service by email. They tried to tell me it was on the way for 2 weeks, when in fact they had only created a label. UPS did not receive the package until I told them in my final email that they need to either send the merch or refund my money! Miraculously UPS received the package the next day! Now as for the hoodie quality: I paid $110 for the hoodie and it looks like trash. It's very thin and dull looking. Definitely not worth $110. Now my daughter loves it and is happy so that means something, but it definitely was not worth it. This website deserves zero stars.
Billie Eilish shoes were delivered very quickly. Packaging and shoes in perfect condition and not damaged. Communication also went perfectly. Will definitely order here again. You should expect a delivery time of at least 2 weeks, depending on which country they need to be shipped to.
Placed an order on Nov 20 with a date to be received before Christmas. I just got my order last week January. In the meantime I had asked that my order be cancelled and money refunded. I was told to check with FedEx in which the item had been prepared but never given to FedEx. They strung me along until they actually got the item to FedEx and not I have asked for a return label because it’s the wrong item. Of course I’m getting no response from them now.
Terrible customer service. Order a Christmas gift for my daughter who is a die hard fan of Billie. On Dec 20th label was created. Dec 28th shipment has not moved from the facility. Contacted customer service numerous times just to be told it’s on the way. It’s now January 11th (4 weeks after the order was placed) we still have not received it nor do I have any response to asking to resend the shoes that my daughter has been eagerly awaiting since Christmas!
I wish I read reviews before my order but it appears most complaints are around the time I ordered as well. Placed order on Now 20th with a ship date of Dec 1st. That came and went. I finally reached out and you can only contact them via email. The apologies and backlogged. Rest assure the item will ship soon and I would receive a tracking number. That didn't happen until Dec 20th. Yet, another email sent to confirm Christmas delivery. Again, assured if tracking but no movement their "shipping partners" are working very hard. Upstanding it's Christmas yet frustrated because all she wanted for Christmas was Billie. The ship date continued to move back each day. When I went to cancel the order they told me they couldn't because it's being shipped, that o could refuse the package, but I don't want to pay for the shipping, I want a full refund. However, a week after that and still hasn't shipped. I finally sent another message demanding a full refund ASAP. If I don't receive it by end of week I will contact my credit card for fraud. I just wanted what I paid for in the timely manner. Its sad to order something and it's been 7 weeks and still not receive it. 1 month before Christmas should have been plenty of time.
Purchased a box set for my daughter for $120 for Christmas around the 14th with the promise it would be shipped by the 16th and never received it. I have since had to file with the FCC because they have not sent the item, returned my money or send any emails other than a generic response. Do not do business with this website.
i have gotten a lot of merch from this store in the last couple years. so many issues. first, I got the black version of "when im away from you im happier than ever" turns out you cant see the logo AT ALL because they chose the exact same shades of black, not like on the website. they quietly removed it from the website without offering a recall. i later reached out to return or exchange for the white one and they stopped responding to my emails. i also got the tshirt dress. after buying they said oh we dont actually have s, m, l its only xs/s or m/l so choose. i had no idea how to size that after the fact and without a size chart and had to respond within 2-3 days! so i chose off the cuff (i am never xs/s) and ended up with a HUGE tshirt dress i can barely wear in public. of course it was sold out so i couldnt exchange. i recently ordered a xmas hoodie for $110. its not even soft inside, its rough like a hoodie that has been washed too much. its not even fair trade! if these items were fair trade i could understand the cost but organic cotton is not enough of a reason to cost so much. honestly im shocked billie hasnt done something about this store since she claims she "always thinks of her fans first" i buy fair trade organic cotton clothes from other stores that are cheaper AND actually soft. overall its expensive, cheap crap and any time theres anything cool it sells out immediately anyway! hopefully i learned my lesson and wont buy again but its damn hard when you like an artist and want the merch. billie, would it kill you to fix this issue for your loyal fans? you post ads for it on instagram all the time, maybe look into what youre hocking at people.
I order 3 items the my daughter wants for x-mas , i place the order on dic. 4 , they say spected to be ship on dic 10 , and then they keep pushing the date back , i send emails and only got answer by a robot every time , finaly after i send 8 emails on 1 hour , a team member answer that was on dic 20 , they say they gonna send it , they only create a shipping label so i can get a tracking # , today is dic 24 and my item s not even ship yeat , they say is gonna ship on dic 27 bull*** , dont order anything from this webside
This site is a joke. I ordered in November for my daughter, for Christmas. They said all items will ship 12/1/23. No problem, I'll still have them before Christmas I thought. But they never shipped. It is currently December 23rd and my daughters things still aren't here. I messaged them multiple times and just got the typical, "we're sorry we're backed up." Don't make a promise of a ship date then.
If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered from both the US and UK sites on the 14/11 and 23/11 with dispatch stated for the 1/12 and 15/12. Neither orders were dispatched. I reached out to customer care, with Universal who oversee UK store, not responding to any of my emails but then sending a ready for shipping email on the 20/12. Tracking states neither have been dispatched even though they are Santa gifts with very little options to source such merchandise elsewhere. Very poor and misleading service which will be devastating for a child who is obsessed with Billie.
Total shambles. I’m waiting on 3 pre-ordered items and I’ve not received any of them. There have been no updates from the store and customer service is a total joke. They must be making a small fortune by taking and holding everyone’s cash!
This has to be a scam site, nothing gets despatched, IF they respond to emails you get a generic reply.
Is it possible to not give a star at all? So basically I pre-ordered a Billie Eilish Vinyl that didn't arrive or even sent, I asked to cancel, and they told me that they were going to refund me in 3-5 weeks, it passed almost 2 months after that!!!
