Recently bought a Norqain Wild one and couldn't be more happier with the watch. I've been buying from Jura for years now, and as always, the process of buying the watch and their customer service is excellent. They are my first choice authorized dealer when buying watches and look forward to buying more watches from them in the future

Its been problem after problem with this company. Wouldn't recommend them and i think i will change to another provider once my contract is up unless there is a drastic change in how they do things. Bills keep on going up a so i moved over to a Smart meter because of their recommendation as they said they would be able to see how much i use daily and i would be able to also see due to having an monitor in my flat. Monitor doesn't work and haven't been sent a new one and then when i ask their customer service to explain why my bills are so high they say they cant see my daily usage as i haven't been set up for it and can only see monthly usage even though the reason i had the smart meter fitted was for daily readings. I'm at the point where i might have a go at my mortgage broker who recommended them. i have replied
