I bought three adult tickets online…

I bought three adult tickets online today. We then went to Atlantis Palm to go to the Dubai balloon. I went into the office and they told me when they scanned 2 of the tickets. It said that they have already been redeemed in March. I was so embarrassed about this And we had to wait around for an hour till platinum list. Finally sent me two more tickets when I went back to the office the lady at the desk said that only one of the tickets is usable and the other one said redeemed again so I got embarrassed for the second time and then had to contact platinum list again for them to send me the third ticket. The guy asked me for evidence which I screenshot it the balloons screen to show that the tickets came up redeemed in March. It did get sorted finally They have refunded me partially for the inconvenience they caused.
