Looks like money making scam

The slot not available but was charged, very disappointing contacted the customer service but the explanation they gave was not revealed to what was on their website.will not recommend this company to anyone looks like a scam and they should be reported to the Financial Ombudsman for false information

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, disrespectful staff on Braintree branch who was rude and clueless regards to one of their vacuum which have charged me but not working properly and no sign saying that do not use it or get it sorted rather then being rude. Very disrespectful staff
