Avoid Regain
Regain claims are a scam. Their counselors have very limited availability, change session dates, miss entire weeks, and Regain offers no refund for poor service. It's a good idea, but doesn't work.

Excellent service and useful for public speaking
The customer service is excellent and got back to me quickly when I asked questions. The question process is thorough and the information is also very thorough. I'm definitely more at ease for presentations. The "shakes" and nervous stalling are gone. And I will continue to use for public speaking.
