Top Experience!

As like most people before hiring a car I read all the reviews I could find to assure me they were a good company. As you’ll see there’s mixed reviews but I can only give you my experience which I have to say was fantastic. Picking up the car, no queue we went straight to the desk and got our papers in about 10 minutes. I have car hire excess cover on my travel insurance so didn’t need the additional cover, the salesperson didn’t push for the sale and didn’t try to scare me in to buying it directly either, which I’ve had in other companies! Went down to the car park to get the car, was given the car and pointed to it straight away. The car was in good condition, bar a few minor scratches and marks which was already documented. Got a VW Taigo which was nice car. Had 22k km but you couldn’t really tell around the car or the drive. Handed the car park, just gave them the keys and within 20 minutes my bank notified me of a full refund on my deposit. As a cherry on top the exchange rate went in my favour and I got £30 more! Overall very seamless, very nice to deal with. Would defo hire with them again.

Unbelievably poor experience

Unbelievably poor experience. Was excited to move to VOXI, seem like a company. I got a new plan and out in a number port for 31st July, with the number to transfer in 1st August. On the day of the number transfer my old line stopped working at 11am and typically the number moves over within a few minutes but nothing. I contact support after a few hours and they say to give it to the end of the day, end of the day still nothing. I contact them on 2nd August where they tell me there’s been an issue and it’ll take 4 days to fix, the first person I speak to on their chat is just abrupt and had a ‘what do you want me to do’ attitude. Eventually speak to manager and he assures me it’ll be transferred by 5th August. On 5th August no transfer, I contact support in the afternoon and they guarentee it’ll be done today, if it’s not done by 8pm to contact them. Still nothing at 8pm, I contact support and they now say it won’t be done today and it’ll take another 2 days! Speak to customers service on 6th August and now they say the lines completely failed, they don’t even have the line and need to cancel and start again. Cancelling will take 24/48 hours and then they will start the process again! I spoke to me previous provider who said they can take the number back but I need a PAC as it’s left them no ask VOXI for a PAC, they say sure and send me a OTP to the number they’ve lost!! Without this code they can’t do anything. Just unbelievable! I’ve been locked out of my banks and trading app as they need OTP to do transfers. I’m haemorrhaging losses as the markets tank this week, just helplessly watching as my account bleeds money. Just an awful experience.
