Called Lloyds customer service

Called Lloyds customer service . First time in nearly a year. Happy with account. Not the best experience.though getting through to customer service Straight away told there will be a twenty minute wait. Not the best start. Then you realise you just have to listen to a dialing tone for the duration. Not even a bit if music to pass tge tome between getting the usual 'thank you for holding' message.
