BEWARE! False advertising. We paid $250US for what was supposed to be a 1/2 hr.private boat to Hotel Monte Carlo with a porter to carry our luggage. What we got was a van which drove us over 1/2hr. Then got on an old beat up boat for 15 minutes, the guy was nice but it was definitely not a private boat like the pictures. I didn’t realize how we got ripped off until the end of our trip when we took a boat back to the airport. Our hotel booked us transportation, they picked us up so close to the hotel and dropped us off literally at the airport for 160US. No van just a nice wooden boat all the way. Do not book with VLS, we felt so betrayed because they present and promote Luxury but gave us the exact opposite. The worst part is they were so nice at the desk but I guess they were just being fake.

We had a great experience with VLS Agency during our recent trip to Venice. From the moment we arrived at the airport, everything was perfectly organized. The driver was punctual, professional, and welcoming, and the transfer to our hotel by car and boat was very comfortable.The return journey to the airport was just as smooth. The car and boat were both elegant, exactly what one would hope for when booking a premium transfer. Travelling with VLS Agency took away all the usual stress and made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. I will definitely book with them again on our next visit to Venice, and I would gladly recommend their services to my friends and family. That was my first visit of Venice. And I had enjoyable experience. Flavio, the driver, met me at the airport with the sign with my name. He assisyed me both ways from the airport to the city snd fromcity to the airport. The car, Mercedes, was clean and comfortable. The water taxi both ways was superb! Highly recommend the service especially if you arethe first time in Venice or with the group of people. Great service and experience! Worth all the money i spent! Special thanks to my driver who showed me with the tax refund office, luggage, wrapping baggage, and my flight check in areas!

Excellent and very convenient, best way to reach Venice from the airport
The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Our driver was waiting for us before we had even made it through security and told us he would meet us again at baggage collection. He took our bags and guided us out to the car, making friendly conversation and giving us advice about places to visit during our stay. The car was immaculate and the short trip to the dock was smooth and well organised. Our driver took us directly to the boat, which was ready and waiting, and handed us over to the boat driver. The limousine boat was stunning and we were dropped right at our hotel entrance on the Grand Canal. What a way to arrive! If you’re looking for a luxury, stress-free transfer (and want to arrive in style!), this is the company to make it happen for you. It was a fantastic way to start our holiday.

Filipo was well informed and was considerate of all members of our small group (we had 2 people that required a lift during part of the tour and was able to accommodate.). As for the tour our guide kept things interesting and on point. This was most enjoyable and will definitely recommend.
